This is the official mobile application of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The App offers you the following services:
- Make inquiries and pay your bills.
- Verify your history and account balance.
- View, save and print the invoice.
- Make payments with credit card, checking or savings.
- The system displays the status of all service orders requested in the accounts registered under your name.
- If you do not agree with the billed charges, you can claim your bill on or before the due date.
How can I register?
To use the App, you need to have a valid account with the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. You can register for an account by sending an email to the addresses provided in the application.
